the staff offered help with bags upon check-in. they gave all needed information! they were very helpful! the room was clean and tidy, perfect for my needs. parking was free and close to the hotel! this made everything easier.

i noticed a small issue, one of the room lamps couldn't be plugged in properly, it was kind of pointless.

the staff really were lovely they upgraded my room without me even asking and carried my luggage i tell you and i just loved that. the hotel's cleanliness was beyond perfect i reminded me of i could eat off the floors such a relief. the bed felt heavenly seriously the most comfortable hotel bed ever i just melted right into it i was in heaven.

the hotel didn't have tea or coffee available in the room though you could get it downstairs from a machine it wasn't ideal for that early morning craving.

the bus stop is just outside the hotel which is so convenient i could get around easily. a convenience store is also right next door so i could quickly grab snacks or any essentials i needed too. the area felt quite safe.

I liked having free tea and coffee available near reception. It was a nice touch especially on the upper floors because there is no lift. Staff were friendly and helpful. This made check-in and check-out very easy. The free parking nearby was also convenient for my rental car.

The room was quite warm and the road noise disturbed my sleep a little. I was in room 9.
